Innovative Consulting Solutions has been in operation since 1999. In the consulting industry, if your reputation is not solid, you eventually perish. There are so many band wagon jumpers whenever a new set up Health Canada or CFIA regulations are proposed / implemented. We have seen it time and time again. They eventually get weeded out of the marketplace as a one-hit-wonder, who often are in the market just long enough to sell a product or service that is really not required. We are long term, full-service providers whose primary function / existence is to look out for your best interests. This includes a practical Risk Management assessment.
Over the many years of ICS (and before), we have audited & inspected at least 100 manufactures & labs, reviewed thousands of SOPs & associated quality records (protocols, forms, checklists, specifications, and in-house labels), reviewed over a thousand product formulations, submitted hundreds of drug, NHP, cosmetic & food applications, read & evaluated thousands of pier-reviewed scientific journal articles to evaluate ingredient / product / device efficacy & safety information.
We have also read hundreds of Health Canada & CFIA Acts, Regulations, Directives, Policies and Guidance documents, as well as their submissions for public consultation, and their eventual revisions. All done with our clients in mind.
But most importantly – beyond the technical & regulatory expertise, where we truly excel, is communicating dry, technical issues in a straight-forward, non-technical manner. We are also very proficient and are able to apply these dry regulations in a practical manner.
We also conscientiously focus on ensuring the QA & Regulatory requirements do not become a paper nightmare – but is a ‘living/adaptive’ program to ever-changing business dynamics & regulatory environments, and which you can use to train future employees more efficiently. This should provide a higher level of assurance for meeting not only your company’s immediate needs, but also your future plans. This is one of the primary reasons Dale Enright founded the company back in 1999, and chose the company name – he despises unnecessary bureaucracy.
Our ultimate / eventual goal is to set up your QA program so that you are as self-sufficient as possible, so that you can run the vast majority of it yourselves, on a day-to-day basis. Our services will then be required only if something new or unexpected arises. i.e: our goal is to provide value added services, after the original requirements are met.
