These personnel can range from 2-year diploma technicians, all the way up to Ph.D. level, and can include the Quality Assurance Person (QAP) for required under GMP for NHPs or Drugs, or as required for the production / cultivation / distribution of cannabis (medical marijuana) under the ACMPR-MMPR.

  • We will then sort through the flood of resumés to select the required number of applicants to interview.
  • These candidates will then be interviewed by us, using our previously prepared list of tactical personnel interview questions, and also for technical aspects of the job.
  • From all of the interviewed candidates, a short list will be provided to you along with their resumés, a summary report indicating objective evidence from the interview, and results of any background checks performed on your behalf.
  • If you wish, we can also take care of the necessary payroll deductions such as: Employment Insurance, CPP, WCB, and Federal and Provincial Taxes.

Finally, we provide follow-up evaluations both with the new employee and employer to:

  • ensure that both the new employee and employer are a good match;
  • address any potential or future shortcomings; and
  • gain feedback on the selection process, for future hires.
